We have preferred using tropical trees in manufacturing the Boat. These trees were purchased in heavy logs and rendered into planks on cutting Benches followed By treatment in kilns to ensure proper moisture ratio and stored for later use. Sipo and Iroko were used in the keel and Sapelli for massive wedging. The Beams are laminated By Sipo, Sapelli and partly Iroko.

West system epoxy and Semperoc marine adhesive are used.

The teak flooring used for the deck were purchased in teak form from Burma and then rendered into planks, grated, stored and subjected to a second drying process for about 12 months .

               

A total of 60 m3 iroko logs, 50 m3 sipo logs, 10 m3 iroko planks and 7m3 Burma teaks are used throughout the Boat. The teak has Been applied on the deck through attaching By adhesive.

The connection Bolts used for all the wood planks on the Boat hull are RINA Lloyd-approved parts, which passed chemical resistance, strength and tensile strength tests. They are entirely made of 316L quality stainless steel. The Bolt heads were formed as key Be hammering

PAINT AND FIBERGLASS SYSTEMS

               

International brand painting system is used for all parts of the boat .

The West brand diagonal fiber is applied on the wood layer by using West epoxy after conduction the moisture and temperature checks.
